Sitting down to breathe deep and be present with a trusted companion creates time and space for you to make better informed decisions about yourself, your circumstances, and what you'll set your sights and energy on tomorrow.

Today, you might want to sit across a sounding board to listen as you process the events of your day with candor or levity. Tomorrow, you may seek the solid presence of a supportive peer for in-depth discussion about goal-setting, milestone-achievement, or everything in-between.

"Get to Know Me!" Introductory Convo
Coach Erin requests all initial Get to Know Me! introductory coaching sessions are scheduled in-person for a full hour to allow adequate time for us to ascertain that the energy we create together will be collaborative. I am happy to share the ways coaching has transformed me. In this time, we may identify feelings, emotions, goals, wants, or needs that have come to the surface for you and how I may be a dedicated, skilled partner to help you see clearly and move forward with them. My aim is to empower you to develop a greater sense of capability and well-being along the way!
1 hr. In-Person Introductory Session: $125
Life and Recovery Coaching is a sacred and skilled practice. The conversations we share draw on years of lived experience, training, and an ongoing commitment to showing up fully for each person I serve. My expertise - whether in a formal session or a spontaneous conversation - cannot be offered without a fee.
Payment will be transacted at the time services are rendered. Most major credit cards are accepted. This is the preferred form of payment. Sliding-scale arrangements can be assessed for individuals experiencing financial hardship. These entail re-evaluation every 60-90 days.
