Meet Coach Erin!
Erin relocated to Colorado in January 2024 from Southern California, where she built a strong network of friends, colleagues, and recovery peers. With the guidance of her own life coach, Erin embraced a mindfulness practice that includes staying present, healing breath, and trusting her intuition. Over her 15 years of recovery, she has navigated challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, emerging more resilient and with a sustained sense of well-being. These accomplishments have fueled her sense of duty and purpose, and she now enjoys using her experiences to empower others in developing their own well-being practices. As an avid gardener, Erin affectionately refers to this journey as “living life in full bloom.”

Navigating substance use, mental health diagnoses, and personal trauma has shaped me into someone who truly understands the courage it takes to change — and the power that comes when you don't have to do it alone.​

I know firsthand that implementing goals is more achievable with someone walking alongside you.
